had the most amazing week, meet the most amazing people, in a stunning location. i highly recomend kalikalos. still feeling relaxed 2 months after my trip. a life changing time, give it a go!!!!!

I enjoyed the Vipassana retreat with Gosh that I attended at Kalikalos last year. The intense inner work coupled with living in community in a beautiful and tranquil setting was the best gift I could have given myself. I have incorporated some of the things I learned from Gosh into my daily practice and remember him with fondness and gratitude. He is a truly special man who walks his talk and lives what he teaches.

The centre is in lush mountains with easy access to some incredible beaches - one of them is where parts of Mamma Mia were filmed but it is secluded and not touristic. The area is known in mythology as the home of the Centaurs and there does seem something truly magical about it. The centre itself seems to pull in a whole lot of folk from all over the world. Running it as a community meant that not everyone was there for the workshop itself, which created a lively mixture of people and energies. Truly a life-changing holiday. Something really special going on there.
